Vegan Meat

Background

Consumers all around the world get more and more aware and concerned about the type of food being consumed and the nutritional values it contains. Protein, Fibers, and Vitamins become the precious elements of today’s diet.

Still, a large part of the market is relatively conservative when food is concerned, and so consumers are looking for the familiar raw materials and flavors, being packaged in an innovative way. That is where our line of products becomes relevant.

Our team is intensively working on research and development of food items that can answer the desires of today’s consumer. Our products are highly nutritious, inexpensive, vegan, and have long shelf life.

Two senior Israeli food technologists lead our food R&D project: Dr. Y.Aravot, specializing in innovation, food R&D and food packaging. Mr. Ilan Levin, MsC. Is specializing in R&D of food items for more than 30 years. 

Vision

We aspire to be a leading producer of healthy inexpensive food items. We are looking for local based players, who would like to be our partners for this initiative. 

Our vision is to enable consumer accessibility to nutritious inexpensive fast consumed food products, instead of consuming unhealthy sweet and savory snacks.

What's in our mock-meat vegan products?

Like other products we develop, MVP’s characteristics are as follows:

Ingredients: Soybean protein, Gluten, Cheakpea flour, Lentils flour, Canola oil, Nutritional fibers, Salt, Yeast.

Nutritional Values (100g powder): Protein 48.2g, Fat 1.3g, Carbohydrates 43g (29.3g fibers).

Roadmap

MVP is one of our variety of healthy products, including other types of vegan protein powders and a line of healthy bars. After producing samples of the product, we are looking for a local food company with manufacturing and distribution capabilities to collaborate with us.
